Your character allowance resets on the 1st of each month. If you reach your limit mid-month, you can upgrade your plan on Patreon for immediate access to a higher allowance, or wait for the reset.

Studio voices are Google's highest-quality narration voices — they sound remarkably human. Because they cost significantly more to generate, each character of Studio audio counts as 5 standard characters against your monthly allowance. For example, 2M characters on Archmage gives you 400K characters of Studio audio (or any mix of Studio and non-Studio).

Every character in your text counts — letters, spaces, punctuation, and line breaks. A typical novel page is around 1,500–2,000 characters. The Scribe plan at 500K characters handles roughly 250–330 pages per month.

Every audio file you generate is saved to your personal library in the cloud. The Storage Vault is your total storage allowance — from 100 MB on Free up to 1 TB on Deity. If your vault is full, just delete older audio files or upgrade your plan to keep generating.

Commercial use (podcasts, YouTube, audiobooks for sale, etc.) is available on the Archmage ($99/mo) and Deity ($249/mo) plans. Lower tiers are for personal use only.
